Free Photoshop Alternative

I know one good Photoshop Alternative. It's called GimPhoto or simply GIMP. GIMP is created by GNU, a freeware company. And yes, it is 100% free.

It may not be as powerful as the full version of Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop Elements but if you are just looking for a kinda advanced photo editing software, then GIMP is definitely it.
