First Generation Ipod Nano : Scratch Magnet ??

Three years and two Nano generations after, Apple has finally reached a $22.5 Million settlement for a class lawsuit filed against the company for failing to warn consumers that the 1st generation Nano easily scratches.

Under the agreement, which is pending judge's approval on April 28 of this year, Apple will pay $25 to everyone who bought the Nano without bundled slip case and $15 to those who got the Nano after Apple included a slip case in the package.
