HP Mini 5101 Netbook Unveiled!
Obviously not yet satisfied with its position in the netbook game and with the aesthetic lead of its earlier units when placed side by side the competition, Hewlett Packard recently unveiled another netbook with a whole new look - Meet HP Mini 5101 :
This one is obviously targeting young professionals as its design is largely similar to HP's new Probook S-series line for business users - from the boxy overall feel right down to the square chicklet keys.
Here are the specs:
Intel Atom processor - various options
WSVGA (1024 x 600) or "HD" (1366 x 768) 10.1-inch LED screen
80GB or 128GB SSD 7200 RPM hard drive,
Bluetooth 2.0,
2 megapixel webcam,
four-cell or six-cell batteries (providing supposedly eight hours of runtime)
Wifi,
WWAN
The HP Mini 5101 starts at $449 (P22,000++ with current conversion and before taxes) and is expected to be available in late July.
