O+ Fab Go
O+ Fab Go is now available at all O+ Concept Stores and Kiosks nationwide!

The gorgeous handset is equipped with a massive 6-inch FWVGA TFT capacitive touchscreen, a 5 MegaPixel autofocus camera with LED flash at the back, a 2 MegaPixel front-facing cam for selfies, and a removable 2,500 mAh Li-Ion battery pack.

Inside the shell, Dual SIM Dual 3G Standby O+ Fab Go runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system with its 1.3 GHz Dual Core ARM Cortex A7 CPU and 500 MHz Mali-400 MP1 GPU based MediaTek MT6572 SoC, handles multitasking with 1 GB of RAM and has 4 GB of ROM that users can easily expand via microSD card slot supporting up to 32 GB. As for connectivity, the device supports WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G HSPA+.

Just like any other smartphone from O+, the Fab Go comes with unique and exciting software features including Air Shuffle technology that permits a touch-less mobile experience when taking photos, browsing images, listening to FM radio, and playing music tracks. Users will also get Over-The-Air (OTA) software update, Disc Jockey Feature, Shake To Change Music, Flip to Silent Calls and Alarms, and Shake to Answer or Drop Phone Calls.

"One thing we really take pride in is that our devices are crafted from fine materials and are well-made. And that makes them very durable and reliable. They can easily take the knocks and bumps of regular use. We have devices that are made to last. But should you require after-sales service, rest-assured that O+ will be there for you," our friends from O+ told me during our meeting. As you all know, TP Friends, I own several O+ handsets myself - including O+ 8.12, O+ 8.15, O+ 8.16, O+ Fab Elite, and O+ Imagine, among others - and I can really attest to the high quality of these devices.

Is O+ Fab Go the right handset for you? If you're on tight budget and you are on looking for an affordable Android phablet from a reliable manufacturer, I think this product would be ideal for you. Note that at Php 8,999, O+ Fab Go is definitely more pocket-friendly than phablets from other manufacturers that it was made to compete, which include the first generation Samsung Galaxy Grand.
