Believing that “Simple is the New Smart,” LG Mobile Philippines delivers stellar mobile devices like the new LG G3 with topnotch technology that simplifies life. And making this value proposition even better is the upcoming availability of the newest LG flagship smartphone under Smart Communications’ suite of postpaid plans apt for any Filipino lifestyle.

Smart LG G3

The much coveted and award-winning LG G3 from global technology innovator LG Electronics will be offered by leading wireless service provider Smart Communications, Inc. With a monthly cashout of just Php 199 for 24 months or a one-time cashout of Php 4,776, consumers are able to enjoy the smartphone powerhouse at Smart Postpaid’s fully customizable and fully consumable All-In Plan 1800.

The LG G3 can also be availed for free under Smart’s All-In Plan 2500 and Data Plan 2000, or for a certain cashout under other Smart Postpaid Plans.

All Smart postpaid subscribers can also enjoy the telco’s recent free mobile Internet service at no extra cost, initially up to 30MB, until January 5, 2015. On the average, a subscriber with 30MB can enjoy 20 social media posts with photo, 50 web pages loads, 20 plain emails, and 15 minutes of music streaming.

Mr. Jay Won, Vice President for LG Mobile Philippines, said, “Our partnership with Smart gives our flagship LG G3 smartphone a wider distribution platform with Smart’s established postpaid market, while providing our customers enriched choices to fit their lifestyle and budget.”

Launched in the Philippines in July of this year, LG G3’s Quad HD display, alongside its 13 MegaPixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization Plus (OIS+) and the smartphone’s first Laser Auto Focus, makes the G3 one of the most technologically advanced smartphones today. Its redesigned graphic user interface (GUI) also provides an intuitive, more enjoyable user experience.

The LG G3 runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat and captivates with its trademark classy Floating Arc design, which makes the smartphone very comfortable to hold despite its big 4k 5.5-inch IPS+ display with 538ppi. It also has a hassle-free wireless charging function and a whopping 3,000mAh battery. LG’s signature Rear Key first introduced in its predecessor, the G2, has become more refined and blended seamlessly into the G3.

LG’s Smart Keyboard also has adaptive software that analyzes typing habits and predicts word choices, thus making typing faster and infinitely easier. The Knock Code, on the other hand, lets LG smartphone owners wake and unlock their LG smartphones at the same time in the most secure and fun way.

Echoing what I've shared in my LG G3 vs. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 extensive comparative review: "Available in five colors, the QuickCircle Case allows quick and easy access to frequently used apps and functions such as calling, text messaging, music and camera all from the circular window without opening the cover. In addition to the QuickCircle Case, LG also offers a lineup of Slim Guard Cases and premium Slim Hard Cases to protect the flagship handset in handsome style."

"After its worldwide launch in mid-2014, LG G3 has become one of the fastest selling smartphones today, contributing to the overall business boost of LG. The G3’s availability under Smart Postpaid will definitely further maximize our market presence here in the Philippines. We are definitely happy that LG’s flagship smartphone can now be experienced with Smart’s proven reliable network,” Mr. Won noted.

To wrap this up, allow me to quote myself in my comprehensive TechPinas LG G3 Review:

"LG G3 is the very culmination of everything that the Korean company has learned so far in crafting a high-end Android device. And as an LG G3 owner, I can really say that it's highly laudable effort. I understand that there are already a number of tech websites that call this release 'the best Android smartphone in the world today' and I totally get why they give LG G3 that title.

Personally, considering all the top-notch features that this handset gives you - including its large, clear, and brilliant 5.5-inch Quad HD IPS display, the 13 MegaPixel camera with LaserAF and OIS, 4K video recorder, the stellar set of internal specs, and all the industry-leading innovations that I mentioned in this review - for an amount that's less than what LG's rivals charge in this price category, I'm delighted and proud to give the LG G3 the 2014 TechPinas Badge of Excellence."
