The platform integrates a suite of in-app safety tools built to prevent, detect, and respond to incidents more effectively. At the center of this is the Safety Center, where users can add emergency contacts, share trip details, request assistance, or report concerns with just a few taps.

Share Your Ride links allow trusted contacts to track live trip details and GPS location. This layer of transparency gives commuters added peace of mind, especially during late-night or unfamiliar rides.

MOVE IT also features Trip Monitoring, which leverages GPS and telematics to detect risk signals such as unplanned stops, route deviations, crashes, unusual trip terminations, or extended delays. When these signals are flagged, proactive checks can be initiated and, if necessary, safety teams can step in for manual intervention.

Another platform-exclusive feature is AudioProtect, an opt-in in-ride audio recording function. Recordings are encrypted and can only be accessed when a safety-related report is filed.
