Vivo V17 Pro Has Six Cameras That Let You Shoot Beyond Limits, Here Are Sample Shots!

One of the highlights of Vivo Mobile's newest premium Android smartphone model in the Philippines, the Vivo V17 Pro, is its unique Six Camera set-up.

According to the company, "[Vivo] wants Filipinos to discover their own limits and break them. By developing a smartphone with six cameras, the leading global technology company wants photography enthusiasts, even ordinary users, to go beyond their limits."

Vivo understands that Pinoys love taking great photos and videos when they travel or even when just hanging out with their loved ones. Hence, they crafted Vivo V17 Pro in a such way that it would make it easier for all of us to snap a variety of images - good enough for instantly sharing on social media - without carrying too many gears or devices.

The 48 MegaPixel main camera has a 1/2” Sony sensor and a wide f/1.8 aperture that enables it perform well in various lighting conditions -- even when there's very little ambient light! Apart from being the most powerful shooter of all four cameras at the back, it is even powered by Vivo's own 'Super Night' shooting mode that greatly enhances its capabilities in ultra-low-light settings.

The secondary 8 MegaPixel super wide-angle camera truly allows you to shoot beyond limits as it captures more of the scene in front of you without having to take so many steps back. This is great for taking landscape and architectural photos. You can also use it to take large group photos with ease.

A tertiary 2 MegaPixel Super Macro camera lets you snap minute details with utter clarity and brilliance. This cam is specifically made to let you get very close to your subject - even if it's very small - to capture and appreciate its beauty.

Finally, there's also a 2MP Depth Sensor that lets you add luscious bokeh effect or beautifully blurred background to further highlight your subject.

Here are some sample shots that I took using all the four rear cameras of the Vivo V17 Pro. Check them out and let me know what you think about them.

I snapped this using the 48 MegaPixel primary camera.

I took another shot of the same subject but this time I used the 8 MegaPixel ultra-wide-angle secondary camera. Notice how I was able to get of the scene without changing the spot where I was standing.

Can you guess what this is? It's the inside of a flower! Take a look at all those small details. I was able to capture this well using my Vivo V17 Pro because it has a dedicated 2 MegaPixel Macro shooter.

I took this shot of the same flower but this time I employed the fourth camera - the 2MP Depth Sensor - to add Bokeh Effect, which I think made the photo look more interesting.

Finally, I shot this familiar establishment in BGC at around 9 o'clock in the evening using the primary camera but with Night Mode turned on.

What sets Vivo V17 Pro apart from many other midrange smartphones by other international brands its that it has a Dual Front Facing camera housed in an elevating motorized module.

This set-up features a combination of a high-resolution 32 MegaPixel main selfie camera plus a secondary 8 MegaPixel Super Wide-Angle Selfie lens that can capture selfies and groufies up to 105 degrees.

The Dual Front Camera lets you add Bokeh Effect to your selfies to make the shots more visually appealing for your friends on Facebook and Instagram.

But perhaps what's even cooler is that you can snap ultra-wide-angle selfies so you can show your friends more of your background or where you are at, which is really good when you're traveling. This mode is also handy when you want to include your loved ones in your self-portraits, which is great for family reunions and even on weekend getaways.
