GoDigital Pilipinas Appoints Mishy Co as New Executive Director
  GoDigital Pilipinas (GDP), an organization dedicated to improving
    the quality of life for Filipinos through the adoption of digital services
    and convened by the
    Presidential Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) - Digital
      Infrastructure, has recently made a significant announcement. They have appointed
    Mishy Co as the Executive Director and Trustee of the Corporation.
  Co's new role is focused on serving the GDP movement within the PSAC-Digital
  Infrastructure, which has gained recognition from
  President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. for its efforts in advancing
  digital progress across the nation.
  Henry Aguda, the PSAC Digital Infrastructure Lead and President of
  UnionDigital Bank, extended a warm welcome to Co and the new members of
  the Board of Trustees. He commended her "unwavering commitment to the
  objectives of the GoDigital Pilipinas Movement" and expressed confidence that
  her experience, skills, and dedication to government initiatives will
  significantly contribute to the success of their digital transformation
  endeavors.
  Co's professional background in the digital realm is expected to strengthen
  the PSAC - Digital Infrastructure Sector's capacity to support the nation's
  development plan and digitalization agenda through the GoDigital Pilipinas
  (GDP) movement.
  Carlos Gatmaitan, the Chairperson of GDP, expressed his support and
  admiration for Co's "expertise and passion in policies and programs" that
  promote the development of digital infrastructure and services. He emphasized
  the importance of her leadership in helping the country succeed in the digital
  economy.
  In addition to her role with GDP, Co also serves as the Managing Director for
  The Bureau PH, where she focuses on developing digital strategies and content
  to support good governance and public policies.
  Co conveyed her gratitude for the warm welcome she received and highlighted
  their shared vision for the digital advancement of the Philippines. She is
  committed to contributing to the realization of the President's vision of
  ushering in an era of innovation and progress through digital initiatives.
  Co is a graduate of UP Diliman in 2008 and pursued certification studies at
  Georgetown University in Washington D.C. to enhance her skills in social and
  public policy.
  She stated, "It is my intention to further the development of policies and
  programs, including promoting digital literacy, enhancing digital skills and
  capabilities, creating new business opportunities to support the digital
  economy, and ensuring digital rights, protection, and privacy."
  The Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) of the Philippines was established
  by the Office of the President to foster innovative partnerships and
  strengthen relationships between the private and public sectors.
  Meanwhile, the Digital Infrastructure Sector of the Council was established to
  provide practical recommendations focused on advocacies such as digitization
  initiatives, digital literacy, and inclusion.
  GoDigital Pilipinas (GDP) aims to advance the digital landscape of the
  nation, empowering both its citizens and businesses through digital
  innovation.
  Henry Aguda reiterated the commitment of the PSAC Digital Infrastructure group
  to support the nation's development plan and digitalization agenda through the
  GoDigital Pilipinas (GDP) movement. He emphasized their vision of ensuring
  that every Filipino has the necessary tools and skills to thrive in the
  digital sphere through collaboration between the public and private sectors.
