  not just offering rides to the airport – we are providing peace of mind. Our
  service guarantees on-time rides, allowing travelers to leave home knowing
  they will make their flights on time."
Key Features of Grab Advance Booking
Plan Ahead with Ease
  Travelers can book their rides up to seven days in advance or as late as two
  hours before their trip. This flexibility allows for better planning and
  reduced stress.
On-Time Pick-up Assurance
  Driver-partners for Advance Booking are guaranteed to be on time. In case of
  any disruption, the Grab platform promptly reassigns the ride to another
  driver. If a driver arrives late, passengers receive a Php 100 courtesy credit
  as compensation.
Grace Period for Added Convenience
  A 15-minute grace period is provided for Advance Booking rides. This
  accommodates minor delays and offers passengers extra time to reach the
  pick-up point.
Simple and Convenient Booking Process
  To book an Advance Booking ride, passengers simply select “Advance Booking” on
  the Grab transport page, enter the date and time of their ride, along with
  their pick-up location and airport terminal drop-off. Regular updates and
  reminders about the ride status are sent to passengers, who can also chat with
  their assigned driver 45 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

Here's Step by Step Guide for Advance Booking a Grab Ride for Airport Transport
1. Click Advance Booking on the Grab Transport Page 
2. Select time and date; and input the exact pick-up location and drop off airport terminal 
3. The platform will be providing the details of the assigned driver within 24 hours before pick-up 
4. You will be receiving updates and reminders leading to your scheduled pick-up time. 
5. 45 minutes prior to your ride, you can already chat your assigned driver in-app
Safety and Comfort First
  Advance Booking rides can accommodate up to three passengers with three pieces
  of luggage, ensuring comfort and safety.
Protecting Driver-Partners
  To protect the income of dedicated Advance Booking drivers, passengers who
  cancel less than an hour before pick-up or fail to show up within 15 minutes
  of the scheduled time will be charged the full fare. Cancellations made at
  least one hour in advance will not incur any charges.

Expanding the Service
  Currently, Grab Advance Booking is available for trips to Metro Manila
  airports via the GrabAirport fleet. Plans to expand this service to other
  cities and regions in the Philippines are set for the second half of 2024.
