The blurry text is actually a ClearType feature utilized by IE8 to make websites load faster. You just need to turn it off if you want to get your clear texts back.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on Tools of the Menu Bar --
2. Internet Options
3. Advanced
4. Settings
5. Multimedia
6. Uncheck Box for “Always use Clear Type for HTML”
7. Apply
8. OK
