A new version of Google Earth that would allow users to explore ocean floors and view images of Mars was unveiled last Monday in San Francisco, California.

Former US Vice President, Al Gore, who helped in presenting Google Earth 5.0 said, "This is an extremely powerful educational tool. One of my fondest hopes is that people around the world will use Google Earth to see for themselves the reality of what's happening because of the climate crisis."

Since it was launched in 2005, Google Earth has been downloaded a whopping 500 Million times. You may download Google Earth 5.0 for free HERE.
