Xiaomi Philippines Exclusive Service Centers Ensure Good After-Sales Support

On December 21, 2021, Xiaomi Philippines inaugurated its first exclusive service center in the country as part of the global company's commitment to imporve its after-sales program in the country.

Located at the Serendra Wing Ground Floor of Market! Market! in Bonifacio Global City, the first Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center aims to provide official Xiaomi product owners VIP treatment and a seamless experience, starting from the purchase of the items and up until after-sales support for their Mi gadgets is required.

Back then, Mr. Joel Salera - Xiaomi Philippines Service Manager - shared, "The unwavering support of Xiaomi fans has been a crucial factor in our growth this year and we want to make sure we continue to deliver the best possible experience for them when it comes to their needs."

He added, "The opening of this new exclusive center signals the start of more innovation when it comes to our customer service that we are aiming to bring to more Xiaomi fans nationwide."

In 2021, Xiaomi expanded its aftersales locations, growing from just 10 service centers in 2020 to opening 20 more sites nationwide and appointing 10 additional authorized service centers to support Xiaomi TV products. Additionally, the Xiaomi Contact Center was established earlier in 2021 to service customers in the Philippines and the Americas.

On March 5, 2022, fulfilling its promise to open more aftersales touchpoints, Xiaomi Philippines opened its second Exclusive Service Center in the country.

Located at SM City Manila Ground Floor, the newest Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center aims to provide a harmonious experience and luxurious treatment for its consumers, following the opening of the first Xiaomi exclusive service center in Bonifacio Global City in December 2021.

"The inauguration of our Second Exclusive Support Center brings to life our promise to provide excellent customer service to the Xiaomi community and that our fans can expect more branches to open in more key cities and extend this exclusive customer service experience to more Xiaomi fans nationwide,” shared Mr. Salera.
