Dual Connection Technology

Ear (2) features the innovative Dual Connection technology, which enables users to connect to two devices at once and seamlessly switch between them. If you are listening to music on your laptop and you receive a call on your phone, Ear (2) will alert you of the incoming call. You can also easily answer the call using the earbud's press control -- and when the call ends, the earbuds will automatically resume playing music from the laptop.

Personal Sound Profile

Nothing's commitment to catering to individual listening requirements is evident in Ear (2)'s Personal Sound Profile feature. Users can create their own profile with their hearing ID by taking a hearing test through the Nothing X app. Ear (2) then adjusts the equaliser levels in real-time to match the user's hearing for an optimal listening experience.

Ear (2) delivers up to 36 hours of music playback with ANC turned off after a full charge of the charging case. With fast charging, it can provide up to 8 hours of playback with just a 10-minute charge. Ear (2) supports wireless charging up to 2.5W and can reverse charge on compatible devices like the Nothing Phone (1).

Ear (2) is IP54 water-resistant for its earbuds and IP55 for its charging case, making it durable for everyday use. For a more comfortable and precise user experience, Ear (2) has press controls that can be customized for individual needs in the Nothing X app. Ear (2) also supports Google Fast Pair on Android devices and Microsoft Swift Pair on Windows devices.

When connected to the Phone (1) in Game Mode, Ear (2) automatically turns on Low Lag Mode for an enhanced gaming experience. Non-Phone (1) users can manually turn on Low Lag Mode in the Nothing X app.
