OnePlus 6T Digital Walker Stores Availability Will Start Within November 2018

Great news for OnePlus Android smartphone fans here in the Philippines!

I've just spoken with Mr. Charles Paw of Digits Trading Corporation - the parent company of Digital Walker gadget stores - and he confirmed to me that OnePlus 6T is definitely coming to their outlets across the country soon!

OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6

According to him, they are currently doing their best to meet their target release date for the said flagship killer, which is around the second week of November 2018.

As for the pricing details, he shared that they simply followed their price schedule for the best-selling OnePlus 6 with subtle adjustment based on the current exchange rate.

OnePlus 6T will only be available in 128GB and 256GB versions -- and if you remember, OnePlus 6 128GB and 256GB sold for PHP 33,990 and PHP 37,490 at Digital Walker, respectively. With today's conversion, I'm guessing the base model should come in at around PHP 35,000, which is not bad.

Update as of November 6, 2018: Sir Charles has just shared with me the official prices of all OnePlus 6T versions at Digital Walker: 6GB RAM + 128 GB ROM goes for PHP 31,990, 8GB RAM + 128 GB sells for PHP 33,990, and the 8GB RAM + 256 ROM variant has an SRP of PHP 37,490.

"We will still offer 18 months extended warranty," Sir Charles added.

OnePlus 6T vs OnePlus 6

Although having practically the same design language, camera specs, and internal hardware as its predecessor, OnePlus 6T nonetheless has a larger screen with smaller notch, in-display fingerprint scanner, better low-light and auto-HDR imaging features, and a bigger battery pack for improved uptime.

If you still own a OnePlus 3, 3T, OnePlus 5, or 5T, I think the OnePlus 6T would be a great upgrade for you in almost all departments. Sure, you can say it no longer has a 3.5mm audio jack -- but hey, perhaps it's also time to also get a cool wireless headphone to go with it. As for the notch, well, I promise you it won't be that big of a deal once you get used to it.
