For just $399, you already get stripped down Dell Inspiron 15 running on 2.16ghz Celeron processor, 2GB of RAM, 160 GB disk space, Intel GMA X4500, Wifi, LAN and 15.6" glossy widescreen.

Yep, $399 or only around Php19,000 with current conversion and before taxes.
