Oprah on Twitter !

American talkshow host and one of the most powerful people in the world, Oprah Winfrey, finally opened an account in Twitter (@Oprah) last Thursday and attracted more than 34,000 followers just a few hours after she announced it via her Facebook account.

Winfrey is perhaps the biggest celebrity to join Twitter. Other celeb Twitter users include Shaquille O'Neal and Ashton Kutcher, who owns the handle, @aplusk.
