HTC Sense UI Demo, Keynote by John Wang

Lynn C. from Pasig City DM'd TP this inquiry via Twitter yesterday:
"TP, what are the specs of HTC Sense phone?"

Hi Lyn!

Thanks for the inquiry.

First off, HTC Sense is not a phone. It's actually a user interface or that system where you can interact with your HTC phone.

HTC Sense UI is based on TouchFLO 3D user interface, which is developed by HTC for mobile devices running Android, Brew and Windows Mobile operating systems. HTC Sense is, in essence, a holistic experience that is focused on improving how people live and communicate. It's built upon three fundamental principles - Make it mine, Stay close, and Discover the unexpected.

  1. impressive! text reflow was non-existent on the iphones (but theres an app for that i guess) -is it possible for HTC to create their own Mobile OS and not fully reliant on Android OS? :)

Both Samsung and Nokia have done it. I don't see why it'd be impossible for HTC to do the same. :)
