Nokia N8 Symbian^3 OS : Quick Demo Video of User Interface

For those who are still wondering how Nokia N8's operating system works or looks like, or still worrying if the UI is familiar enough,

nokia n8 symbian^3

I've taken time to record this short demo video of Symbian^3 user interface to show you how cool it looks, how powerful it performs and how easy it is to use --

A few notes --

1. On the homescreen, you can swipe from left to right or right to left, doesn't matter.
2. You can add widgets and application shortcuts on the homescreen. I'll try to shoot another video to show you how simple it is to do.
3. You can use Nokia N8 Swype keyboard in lieu of the default landscape full QWERTY keyboard. Click on the link to learn more about Swype.
4. This video is not doing justice to the really powerful sound coming from Nokia N8's stereo speakers.
5. Pinch to Zoom multitouch gesture works on photos and webpages.
6. There are at least three ways to use Facebook on Nokia N8. One is via Facebook for Nokia application that you can download from TopApps page, Facebook for Ovi that you can access via the Social Tab and Nokia Messaging and finally, via the web browser.
7. You can launch the camera at any time simply by clicking the camera button on the right side of the phone.
8. You can download many free themes for your Nokia N8 through Ovi Store. One free theme I particularly like is Seasons for Symbian^3.

Nokia N8 carries the most powerful camera ever put on a smartphone. Its 12 MegaPixel shooter also records ultra-clear high-definition videos with 720p resolution. This amazing smartphone is now available across the archipelago with a suggested retail price of only PhP 23,690.
