Tsunami-Like Waves Batter Roxas Boulevard During Typhoon Pedring : Caught on Video!
This is downright scary.

High tide and super strong winds and heavy rains brought by Typhoon Pedring joined forces to create tsunami-like waves that rolled violently towards Roxas Boulevard.
Paul Go who was staying in a building in front of Baywalk during the whole incident was able to catch the terrifying scene on video:

Paul wrote this comment on FB: "Sira na [ang] sea wall sa Manila Bay, [malaki ang chance na umapaw talaga dito ang dagat]. Dami na nalunod na kotse [...], [tapos] tumama na dito sa condo namin, kawawa naman [yun]g mga kotse na mahulog sa bay."
