Coming out this Q3, Blackberry OS 6 offers a number of noticeable improvements from the current BB OS that it will supersede. As seen on the preview video, these updates include:
1. Multi-touch implementation throughout the operating system.
2. Revamped inbox featuring larger message source thumbnails
3. Multiple pages on the homepage (ala multiple desktops of Maemo)
4. New modal pop-up gestures (tap and hold, etc.)
5. Updated media player (with cover flow like interface) and photos app (similar to iPhone OS photo app layout)
6. New WebKit browser
Looking good. Lots of new features BB fans should be excited about.

I do like Blackberry. I think they are definitely getting more popular lately. Their latest phones have been excellent.
