Meralco on Twitter, Helpful During Basyang Blackout

Let's give praise where praise is due, shall we?

Really, Meralco customer support team didn't have to open a Twitter account.



But they did. And during the infamous Basyang Blackout, the few with actually working 3G connection at least had someone from Meralco online to blame who would listen to their concerns and provide updates.
