Leaked Video of Charice's Glee Audition
ERRATUM: As it turned out, the Youtube video was incorrectly named by the uploader.
In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Charice said the video entitled “Charice GLEE Season 2 Audition” was not her audition piece. She said the video was taken during her meeting with the people of US Magazine.
“Hindi po 'yon. Para po sa US Magazine po 'yon at hindi sa 'Glee.' Noong nag-audition po ako, private po 'yon. Ang alam ko po hindi nila ako bini-video,” Charice said.
Regardless, I think Charice sang incredibly well in this clip.
Charice is part of the new cast of Glee Season 2, which will start airing on September 21 2010. The 18-year-old singing superstar will play a "foreign exchange student whose killer vocals get Rachel (Lea Michele) contemplating murder."
Last June 22, Charice herself confirmed her inclusion in the Glee Season 2 cast via her official Twitter account.
