Asus Pad - EeePad EP121 and EP101TC, Eee Tablet : Specs, Price, Photos
Let's get to know the basics about these three new Asus pads set for Q1 2011 release.
Asus Eee Pad EP121 Overview:
Asus EeePad EP121 is a 12.1-inch tablet that runs on Windows 7 Home Premium. It is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo CULV processor, has 2GB of DDR2 SDRAM and offers an option for 16GB or 32GB of internal storage. Having specs almost similar to a full-blown notebook, EP121 sports a USB port, HDMI video-out, SIM card slot, a microSD slot and even a 0.3 Megapixel webcam. This slate also supports practically every connectivity option you'll ever need, which includes Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, A-GPS, GPRS and EDGE. Asus Eee Pad has a projected price tag of around $499 and is expected to ship in March 2011. Oh, and if you're wondering, the screen is capacitive.
Asus Eee Pad EP101TC Overview:
ASUS Eee Pad EP101TC measures 12.2mm thick and weighs 675g. This slate dons a 10.1-inch capacitive screen that supports multi-touch gestures. Like EP121, EP101TC supports Wifi 802.11 b/g/n and 3G HSDPA connectivity as well as Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, A-GPS, GPRS and EDGE. Unlike its bigger sibling though, EP101TC runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating system and is powered by NVIDIA Tegra processor. Its projected price tag is roughly $399.
Asus Eee Tablet Overview:
Asus Eee Tablet is a digital notebook with a 2,450 dpi touchscreen and features quick 0.1 second E-Book page turns on its non-backlit monochrome TFT-LCD screen offering 64-levels of grey. The device also sports a 2-megapixel camera, which students can use to snap lecture slide images. Eee Tablet is expected to be priced at around $300 when it finally gets released sometime in Q1 2010.

This information is absolutely ot dated. At relearn the machine has an i5 processor, 4 GB Ram 64 GB ssd, 2M camera, etc. Check out Asus.com for real information.
