White Macbook 2009 - Price Update, Specs, Photo, Demo

Just a Philippine price update for the unibody White Macbook released in Q4 2009:

As of August 7, 2008 2:20PM, price tag of the latest White Macbook remains at Php 51,990 via Apple Store Online Philippines. With that amount, you get these specifications:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
2GB DDR3 RAM
250GB HDD
SuperDrive 8x double-layer
NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics
10-hour battery life

This MacBook update features an LED-backlit 13.3" glossy widescreen display for a great viewing experience -- making videos, photos and games look incredibly detailed and sharp. The LED backlight delivers vivid colors and instant brightness right from the moment you open the laptop lid. The screen's 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, on the other hand, offers a laudable balance of easy readability and stunning color rendering.

Perhaps the one thing that really sets the new White Macbook apart from the one it superseded is its new Multi-Touch glass trackpad. This trackpad has no button because it is - in itself - the button. This means that you now have plenty of room to move your fingers around and you can click anywhere — right, left, center and practically everywhere in between. The trackpad has a silky smooth glass surface that feels really great to the fingertips. Use it to perform Multi-Touch gestures: rotate fingers to change photo orientation, pinch to zoom, swipe to navigate and a lot more.
