Samsung Champ C3303K Philippines - Specs, Price, Photos, Quick Review, Verdict

TP's finally gotten hold of the Samsung Champ variant that's currently available in the Philippines.

Check out Samsung Champ C3303K:

Samsung Champ C3303K brings the high-end look to the entry level category. Holding the phone in the hand brings to light the phone's curved back case and ergonomic finesse. Beautiful to behold and comfortable to use, Champ effectively combines style and portability at a very affordable price point.

Users will be happy to learn that despite its low price tag -- with an SRP of only around Php 5,000, Samsung Champ nonetheless offers a rich set of multi-media features. The phone provides an immersive music experience with its stereo FM radio, 3D sound effects and a dual speaker system. With its long battery life, users can enjoy hours upon hours of multimedia use. Samsung Champ also supports Bluetooth connectivity and comes with a microSD card that supports up to 8GB of memory. The phone comes with a headset and travel adapter.

In true TechPinas tradition, let's do the panels:

Front panel shows the 2.4 inches resistive touchscreen. Below it are the hardware keys; At the middle, without any pretense of being the navigation key vs. other Samsung models, is the back button, on either sides, we have the call and drop knobs. Above the screen, we have the earpiece.

Below the hardware buttons, we can see the speaker and the mic pinhole.

Back panel shows nothing but the 1.3 MegaPixel camera with no flash...

... and the stylus that's neatly tucked in its slot on the upper left side of the phone, right above the camera.

TP Verdict:

The name says it all. This phone is a true champ in the entry level full-touchscreen phone category. It looks sleek, offers a decent set of multimedia features and is, above all, very affordable.

If you're looking for a small touch phone for SMS or making calls that can also play music quite well, give Champ a test run at a Samsung Experience booth near you. You just might end up taking one home.

  4. i bought this phone last week at 5th ave. for ponly P4.700. (great buy instead of a china touch phone) this phone i so great from its price you have more features, actually the hotkey for txt messaging is located in the keypad button on the front, there is a mail icon there. 2 buttons presses and you can txt already. this is a good music phone because of its 2 speakers in the front, 1 touch lock, radio timer( good when your listening on the radio before you sleep, it will automatically turn off on your desired time). Mp3 Player and wireless FM radio and recording, the vest part is also the CUSTOMIZABLE 7 page widgets on the front and Mp3 message tone like in Nokia phones. Whoa i really enjoyed this phone.
